My name is Agasaro Tracy Michella.
I am the eldest child in a family of two children daughters.
I am a journalist at Rwanda Broadcasting Agency(RBA). I work at Kigali channel 2.
Tracy is a social person who likes to spend more time with friends and family in her free time. I love God and singing. I like to see people being happy."Tracy says"
Usually, I used to come late to school and most of the times I was a Leader( head Girl or a class representative) when I started high school I stopped coming late because I had so many responsibilities as a Leader and also to set a good example to other students." Tracy continued".

1K STUDIO: Was it your dream to become a journalist
When I was a kid I wished to become a Criminal lawyer but fate comes and changes everything! But I thank God because He chose for me what I have to be.
My journey to becoming a journalist is a very interesting journey. I can't say it was my skills or power to become a journalist but it’s God's work. And am learning more in this Journey."Tracy replies"

I don't face so many challenges because to me every challenge I take it as an opportunity.
The first challenge is you are on TV you want to be like this, like that but you don't know what your viewers are thinking.

1K STUDIO: What is the importance of using social media as a Journalist?
First of all, I thank each one who follows me on Instagram. I didn't know how can social media boost you, personally as a brand.
I am working with so many companies such as Amaro collections, gift gallery store and so many people we are planning to have a partnership with. And I believe God will expand us and support us in different ways. Instagram specifically I don't know if others know how it can create impact to us."Tracy replies"
1K STUDIO: what can you say about people who use social media to insult and discourage other people.
Yeah, they are people who use social media on the comment side to insult other People's work. Maybe that person doesn't even know you and has ever met you before. I faced with these comments that even hurts you. But one time I asked a person who uses to insult me, what are the profit you earn from insulting me?
Until now he has not replied.
But I am a positive person, I block you and restrict you. People should stop insulting us on social media. They have to be positive because we post things which are needed such as business or other messages. We post things that have impact on people."Tracy says"
1K STUDIO: What can you say about people who have an inferiority complex
When we talk about knowing and loving yourself, I tell people you are beautiful just the way you're.
They are so many people who are plus size
Or who have different body shapes.
It was very hard to meet with people and criticize always you why why why?
I have this friend of mine who always got criticism from people and it brought her confidence down.
I always tell people to remember as you criticize others you are a person too and you are not perfect as well. They a hundred imperfections that you have. So choose to love a person regardless of the imperfections that they have. The word of God tells us "if you don't have love even what you say is useless But love is what made Christ die for us".
It took me time to love myself and it takes me nothing to love myself except to accept it in your mind. "Tracy replies".
Tracy has so many inspiring words that can help us in this life, she has passed through different things but now she tells each one to love themselves and People should not criticize others. Because we all have imperfections.
