Ritha Peace is a young and beautiful Rwandan girl who was born in a family of four children among them she is the third. Ritha had a dream to become a pilot one day.

Mostly aviation has more men than women, which scares girls or women to join that industry. According to Ritha, aviation is for all gender and women are more capable than men, its’s all about passion.
It started when she was finishing her ordinary level. She read a magazine emphasizing the first Rwandan girl pilot. By then her inspiration keeps on heating her heart until it starts itching her brain.
A dream that never turns into a reality is not a dream.
Myths women such as"women aren't mechanically-inclined and have trouble learning to fly" or " women don't like airplanes as much as men have been created. All these are misconceptions because women such as Jerrie Cobb did it and it worked since her first flight in 1943.

Before she started aviation, in her background there is nowhere she had met with planes. But like other strong women,Ritha Peace followed her passion after ending her high school regardless of all odds people say.
We all think it’s not possible because we didn't try.Ritha before joining aviation asked herself if this can be possible. And she pushed herself to it because she wanted to do something unique.
Imagine a person who hasn't seen a plane before, doing her first solo.The first solo of all pilots is interesting stories you can not get enough of it. A plane is not something very common like cars, bicycles, or motors. A plane has its specialty. Generally, Maths and Physics are considered when allowing someone to take courses about flying airplanes.
"At my first trial solo I sweated to a high extent, I was very stressed and my lecturer puts high pressure on me so that when am alone in the sky I will know how to deal with that pressure, okay I lost my focus and finally I cried".Rita said
Every good thing takes time and patience, when you're learning you face a lot of challenges. Her first trial solo didn't go well. Ritha's spirit didn't allow her to quit or be discouraged.
The time finally arrived from trial solo with her lecturer to fly alone.
Pilot Ritha from all the struggles of flying a plane has a dream one day to fly Gulfstream.
Nothing is impossible once someone is committed. Now Ritha is a pilot, she has a private pilot license and she wants to continue commercial piloting.
